By using Bolt Stack, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Bolt Stack application. Continued use of the software implies constant acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.

2. Software License (Lifetime Access)

The Bolt Stack Software License grants users a non-exclusive, perpetual access to its functionalities through a single-purchase model.

• Scope: Tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses to build and deploy web applications.
• No Recurring Fees: This license exempts users from monthly or yearly subscription fees.
• Termination Rights: The licensor (Bolt Stack) retains the right to terminate the license at its sole discretion, without prior notice or conditions. This provision is maintained to allow the licensor to address unforeseen circumstances or security concerns.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product (source code access and boilerplate assets), Bolt Stack cannot be refunded or exchanged once access to the software has been granted. All sales are final.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Bolt Stack is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the software will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All implied warranties—including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, loss of profits, or data corruption—are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bolt Stack, its founders, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, business interruption, or costs of procurement of substitute goods) arising out of the use or inability to use the software. In any case, the total liability of Bolt Stack under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you create, host, or deploy using Bolt Stack. We assume no liability for user-generated content or the legal compliance of applications built using our software.

7. Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to increase the price of Bolt Stack as we expand our offerings. Purchases made at a lower price point are "grandfathered in," and users will not be charged the difference for future price increases.

8. General Terms & Governing Law

• Relationship: Your use of the service does not create any joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Bolt Stack.
• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of . Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of .
